Optoma Technology ZH520 Overview

Enjoy maintenance-free continuous operation with the eco-friendly DuraCore ZH520 Laser DLP Projector from Optoma Technology. Geared toward conference rooms and corporate spaces, the ZH520 features 5500 lumens, Full HD resolution with HDR color support, and a standard throw lens with flexible 1.3x zoom, ideal for small to medium sized rooms with lights on viewing possible.

Optoma has their eye on sustainability and has produced the DuraCore series of projectors to be more environmentally conscious than previous designs. With that in mind, the ZH520 features a 34% more compact body, 45% reduction in power consumption, a chassis made with up to 50% post-consumer recycled plastics, and packaging that contains 97% recyclable materials.

Full HD with HDR
Native 1080p resolution gives you sharp and detailed images from HD content without downscaling or compression; perfect for displaying presentations with fine text, watching detailed videos, and playing video games. With two HDMI 2.0 inputs, the ZH520 is capable of receiving and displaying both HDR10 and Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG) HDR content for enhanced color from UHD 4K media.
Laser Light Source
Optoma laser projectors use high-quality lasers to create the projected image. In many situations the perceived brightness from laser illumination projectors can be twice that of equivalent lamp-based models. They also deliver increased efficiency to maintain consistent brightness, excellent color performance, instant on/off, and a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours. This long lifetime is achieved using Optoma's DuraCore technology. Implementing advanced laser diode cooling techniques and an IP6X dust-resistant design.
24/7 Operation
Optoma projectors have been designed to operate 24 hours a day in standard orientation. Perfect for applications where prolonged periods of use is required. Subject to 24-hour terms and conditions.

Please note, projector warranty is based on standard business usage hours. For optimum performance, Optoma recommends that your projector is turned off or placed in standby mode for 30 minutes every 24 hours to prolonging the life of your lamp.

Integrator Friendly
Featuring a wide range of options, you can control and monitor the projector remotely. Optoma projectors come with an extensive set of RS-232 commands, making it simple and easy to manage using any control system. Incorporated control is available with AMX, Crestron RoomView, and Extron IPLink.

Customer service was great. Delivery was early/ The projector worked excellent, and was very bright even though we used reverse projection.

Our church recently purchased 2 of these to replace our 5000-lumen Optomas from 7 years ago. We are projecting on a wall with reflective paint in a well-lit room. The brightness of the colors is astounding. I don't have to worry what type of image or video is used for background. They operate at a low temp and volume. We love them!
