The MB3 from Crown Audio is a surface mountable, unobtrusive boundary microphone designed for teleconferencing, boardrooms, courtrooms, educational applications and more. The microphone features a half-super-cardioid polar pattern which effectively minimizes signal pick up at the rear of the microphone and eliminates coloration from surface sound reflections.
The MB3 features a tubular shaped output stage that terminates with a standard 3-pin XLR male type connection. The microphone features a contoured frequency response that accentuates the response of the human voice, while eliminating low frequency noise. The MB3 is powered with an 12-48 V phantom power source.
Small & Unobtrusive
The MB3 is flush mounted and remains unobtrusive and low-profile in a boardroom, classroom, or conference setting.
