PLCK from Musical Sampling goes far beyond typical plucked string libraries, which tend to record samples in complete isolation. Instead PLCK focusses on recording not only the pluck itself, but also the prepluck information that helps to create a lively pluck sample. Musical Sampling has gone even further, sourcing round-robin release triggers from performances with successive note writings, thus capturing the information (sounds and atmosphere) from inbetween the notes. The plucks are all recorded in a gently, comfortably soft dynamic that allows for the most interpretation.
