I love this little clamp! I have it clamped to a Wimberley arca plate on my RF200-800mm and swap it to my EF 800mm 5.6 lens. Easy and off, don't have to worry about it working loose with the knob clamp. Haven't tried the strap loops or 1/4in thread on it. I use a Magpul QS4 sling and the QD locks up beautiful with this clamp.

I use this on camera cages and L-brackets that don't have QR ports. The build quality is excellent. It's relatively small and unobtrusive but does the job well.
