Nanlux Evoke 2400B Reviews
Nanlux 2400B - My Favorite Light Now
Absolutely amazing light. I did a lot of research between Aputure's XT26, XT52, and Nanlux's 5000B but what ultimately made me go with the 2400B is the fact you can use this light on regular 15 AMP house outlets and have the option for more power if necessary. What a lot of the other lights don't disclose is this ability is not an option so you are forced to use a distro box or generator. I plan to buy another one of these in the future. Truly a great product.
THE KING OF THE LIGHTING JUNGLE
I got a chance to test this light out on set. I thought the light would use only half of its power at daylight or tungsten but it actually doesn’t sacrifice its output. Hefty price tag but worth saving up to buy. I had my eye on the Aputure 1200d but being able to punch light through a window and soften it is game changer for me. My only thing is that I wish they add some type of electric basics on the light for gaffers who started out using led fixtures because although you could run it in the house, you still need to be careful.
