Is this card compatible with Canon R5 and R3 ...
Is this card compatible with Canon R5 and R3 cameras? Can the full card's potential be used with the R5 and R3?
It is compatible and works in my R5 as it is backwards compatible technology. But its not going to magically cause the R5 to suddenly write faster than the older PCIe technology that was built into it originally. The sustained write speeds will continue to be as the previous 2.0 version cards did. You would only gain upload speed from card to computer, provided all hardware/connections in between, also supports PCIe 4.0. This will be the same for any current camera out at the time of writing this. Just like the inquiry for the Z9 elsewhere in these questions.
