Monitor a room or hallway with the Tapo C210 3MP Pan & Tilt Wi-Fi Security Camera from TP-Link. This unit uses a 1/2.8" sensor that captures 2304 x 1296 resolution video at 15 fps. An IR LED provides up to 30' of night vision. The camera features a 3.83mm fixed lens with 360° panning and 114° tilting ranges, a built-in speaker and microphone for two-way audio, and a sound and light alarm to keep unwanted visitors at bay. A memory card slot supports microSD cards up to 256GB (available separately).

The Tapo app for iOS and Android enables remote management. Compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant enables seamless voice commands.

These cameras are very easy to set up. I had them running in about five minutes. Everything is controlled through a phone app, so there is no messing around with the router, creating ip addresses. The price is excellent. The package arrived in a timely manner (within a few days of placing the order). I would buy these again.

Picture Perfect Awful Speaker

The initial setup was a little difficult on iPhone because you have to connect to the device via wifi then go back and reconnect your phone to wifi. Once we got going, everything worked fine. The camera gives clear pictures, and the pan and tilt work well, if a bit slow. I am truly impressed with the camera. The speaker came across loud enough but hardly intelligible when someone was trying to talk to you. The sound reception back to the iPhone was fine. I would recommend for home surveillance but not for using as a front door speaker.

Can you turn off the Sound and light alarm?

Yes. You can toggle these settings for the camera, and many more, within the Tapo app.

Hi dvora, The Tapo app is required to set up the camera. The app is available for free on Android and iPhone and is designed to provide an intuitive, comprehensive platform for setting up and managing Tapo devices.
