The 1.8" Quick Release Clamp with Extended Locking Knob from Kirk is designed to hold Arca-type compatible plates and mounts. The clamp is made of 6061-T6 aluminum, and it is anodized in a black and satin silver finish.
This 1.8" quick release receiver features an extended locking knob with a large, knurled design. The longer knob length makes it easier to use with larger cameras or camera rigs. Kirk's patented quick turn technology enables the clamp to open or close faster. With a counterclockwise 1/8-turn you can reposition the plate, or completely remove it with a half-turn. On the top of the clamp the laser-engraved sensor center lines help better position the camera when taking a photograph. The clamp has a recessed hole on its side to store the included 5/32" hex wrench.
NOTE: This clamp does not include a quick-release plate.
