The Tilta Nucleus Nano II Control Handle by itself is not able to adjust ISO. The Tilta Nucleus Nano II Handwheel Controller, BH #TIWLCT05HWC, would be needed in order to get camera control other than start/stop with compatible cameras.

Do you need the handle wheel to setup the hand-grip and the motors; I'm thinking of the hand-grip and two motors?
The Tilta Nucleus Nano II Control Handle is capable of controlling two motors on its own by manipulating its dial and joystick. However, for more precise control, and for control of up to four motors, the Tilta Nucleus Nano II Handwheel Controller (B&H # TIWLCT05HWC) would be necessary.
