So, unless I am unlucky and got a bad one, the adapter was useless to be.
When I put on my lens, the right side of the image was blurry. I thought it was the lens. I checked the shims, even tried other lenses, rotated the lens 90deg, and the right side of the image was still blurry. So, it has to be the adapter.
Send a though the adapter is not perfectly aligned. When I unlocked the PL, and turned the lens to the right every so slightly, it would now be in focus. So, it's not made very precisely it seems.
The adapter itself was really nice. Great locking onto the camera, the locking of the lens, the quality, all read good. It just wasn't in focus. So, I returned it.
I'm trying the same adapter again to see if maybe I got a bad one. But if it happens again, or anything issue. Then I might a well spend more money in something better. But, from the quality I've seen on this, it is pretty dang good. So I'm hoping the new one is working fine...
I'll update this when I get the replacement

To be honest I have no idea why there are x4 times more expensive PL to L mount adapters when this Viltrox PL- L adapter does everything perfect. No wiggle! Great quality! No plastic parts! And it’s VERY affordable. I paired this adapter with my new Blazar Cato x2 anamorphic lenses. I love it.

No, the Viltrox PL-L Lens Mount Adapter for PL Mount Lens to L Mount Camera is set to have accurate focus. When back focus adjustments are needed, the attached lens will need shimming not the adapter.
