Will this charge and will the power button work for the Asus Expertbook B1503?

The Plugable USB-C Dual Display Docking Station, B&H #PLUDMSTH2, is compatible with the Asus ExpertBook B1503; however, the power button on the docking station is not going to power up the laptop connected to it; it simply powers the docking station on or off.
