The lens collar and foot on the Nikon Z 180-600mm really is useless and cheap. Not even Arca-swiss compatible. I purchased this Kirk model and it is excellent and very well made. The foot itself is a lot longer so holding the lens by the foot is much more comfortable and secure. I you have this lens, you're going to want to replace the lens collar and foot with a this Kirk Lens Collar. I highly recommend it!

It's honestly a shame that we need to buy this product because Nikon didn't provide an Arca-Swiss compatible foot for the lens collar that ships with the lens. But this collar does and it is easy to swap in and feels well made / solid.

Can you attach Peak Design anchors with camera strap to it?
I have attached my PD anchors to a Magpul QD sling swivel. The sling swivel then snaps into the QD socket on the underside of the lens foot. The setup works well for me.
