Yes. I have two of the OWC cases with the same "WD 8TB WD_BLACK SN850X Gaming Internal NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD", and both work flawlessly. Used on a MacBook Pro M4, a Mac Studio M1 Ultra and a Mac Studio M3 Ultra. Be aware the OWC case doesn't accept a SSD with heatsink, so make sure the SSD you're installing doesn't have one.
