Some components in thsi kit are very specific for their intended use and will not work with the B3, other components, you can probably make them work with the B3.
I wouldn't recommend this kit for your B3.

The clips on the right side of the photo are cable clamps that insert into the clips at the top of the photo.

What are the square items with the spring clips? Are they for dressing the cable?
They are pin clips that hold the mic on one side and attach to clothing using two straight pins on the back. They are the same type of clip as the Sennheiser Pin Microphone Clip ZH100GR (B&H# SEZH100G).
