The battery is normally charged in-camera via a mini-USB cable connected to the supplied AC power adapter. It can also be charged by such a cable connected to any USB power source capable of supplying the same 5 volts at 1.5 amps as can many cellphone chargers. Certain, but not all, USB3 (not USB2) connectors in computers are capable of doing this too. The OM-5 battery was long used by Olympus and can therefore also be correctly charged by the Olympus BCS-5 AC charger that was for quite some time included with older Olympus models (this is what I normally use instead of in-camera charging). You might be able to find one of these for very little in the used marketplace. I would never charge any non-OEM battery in-camera. If it swells up (or worse) you might end up with camera damage not covered by anybody's warranty.

The outer box and camera body indicate Vietnam. The included USB power adapter was made in the Philippines, at least for the unit I bought.

The OM SYSTEM OM-5 Mirrorless Camera body is made of polycarbonate and aluminum. The frame is made of magnesium alloy.

I am interested in the "starry-sky" focusing feature. Does it work with all Zuiko lenses or just Zuiko PRO lenses?
The OM SYSTEM OM-5 Mirrorless Camera's Starry Sky AF also works with non-Pro Zuiko lenses as well.

No, the menu layout in the OM SYSTEM OM-5 Mirrorless Camera is not the same as that in the OM SYSTEM OM-1 Mirrorless Camera. The OM-5 has more of their older style menu.
