The ASUS ROG Strix FLARE II Animate RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard features a 100% layout for a full keyboard, navigation keys, number pad, and AniMe Matrix LED display. There is also an included magnetic wrist rest with a light diffuser to improve ergonomics. ROG NX Brown Switches have a characteristic tactile feel and an actuation force of 58g. Because these switches are hot swappable, you can change them out for others to get a new feel or to replace old keycaps. With a polling rate of 8000 Hz, a response time of 0.125 ms, six user profiles, and sound-dampening foam, this keyboard delivers robust performance capable of competitive play in gaming at a minimum volume.
AniMe Matrix
The ROG Strix Flare II Animate features an AniMe Matrix LED display with 312 programable mini-LEDs. Show custom images, audio visualizations, system statuses, or setting indicators such as brightness levels and keyboard RGB lighting modes. Alternatively, use the mini-LEDs to display information from your host device, such as laptop battery life, mail notifications, time, or time and date.
ROG PBT Doubleshot Keycaps
The Flare features durable keycaps with a mid-height profile, shorter stems to reduce key wobble, and translucent ROG script.
ROG Switch Stabilizer
The switch stabilizer is specially designed to ensure smooth keystrokes and stability for longer keys.
Multimedia Controls
Control keys at the top left allow you to navigate media on your computer. This includes a volume wheel, previous track/skip track switch as well as a play/pause button.
USB Pass-Through
A USB passthrough port allows for easy connection to other devices such as a gaming mouse or other peripherals.
