A must-have for larger diameter lenses

My lens has a fairly large focus throw, and with the original gear that came with my follow focus system, it took three hand rotations to get from one side to the other. With this, I'm able to hit my focus marks more quickly, and the added speed doesn't really affect my accuracy.
