Simple - It works as you'd expect

This is inexpensive, but metal and not cheap feeling. Basically a good-simple PAR-38 instrument. I replaced the 150W incan bulb with a 75W LED (about 350W Equiv). I needed to use my 'smaller' C-Clamps since the yoke mounting hole was sized like an M-10. The two I installed seem adequate, so I might be buying another 10 to replace some ancient halogen fixtures.

These are very basic can lights and that was exactly what I needed for this project. The bulbs they come with are a throw away for sure but I paired them with some modern RBG LED flood lights with a remote control and they are lighting up my massage room perfectly
