  • Blocks Light Pollution, Darkens Sky
  • Drops into Origin Filter Drawer
  • Schott Glass with Antireflective Coating
  • 100% Optically Flat
Enjoy amazing views of nebulae even from light-polluted urban areas with this Nebula Filter for the Celestron Origin Intelligent Home Observatory. Sized to drop into the Origin's integrated filter drawer, the H-alpha and H-beta OIII imaging filter transmits bright, colorful nebulae images that "pop" with detail against the black sky background. Use it for memorable images of the North America Nebula (NGC 7000), the Lagoon Nebula (M8), the Orion Nebula (M42), the Carina Nebula (NGC 3372), and dozens more. The filter transmits key wavelengths including 486nm, 496nm/501nm, and 656nm while blocking much of the rest of the visible spectrum. While it is ideal for nebulae, it is not recommended for broadband emission objects, such as galaxies and star clusters.

Will this filter work with the Vaonis Vespera II ?
Asked by: George
If the Vespera II accepts 1 1/4-inch eyepiece filters, then the filter will work. If the Vespera II does not accept threaded eyepiece filters, then this filter will not work with this telescope.
