The OptiTrack PrimeX 22 is a high-performance motion capture camera capable of excelling in training facilities or video game design applications. A 2.2 MP image sensor can record up to 2048 x 1088 resolution video at a 360 fps native frame rate. A single RJ45 Ethernet port facilitates data and camera sync as well as PoE delivery.
Precise Imaging
Low-distortion lenses and 10-bit grayscale depth reduces image noise and improves precision for crisp imagery. The 360 fps native capture rate can capture movement speeds 150 mph and faster. A 79° horizontal FOV and 47° vertical FOV ensures you don't miss any of the action
Tracks Active and Passive Markers
Use active or passive markers on your subject without risk of positional or rotational errors. The active markers have a range of 100', while the passive markers have a range of 70'. In tracking applications a mixture of both might benefit your project.
Onboard Image Processing
Integrated image processing algorithms identify markers and marker centers as well as the sequence of data delivery. This achieves ultimate accuracy with a low 2.8 ms latency.
Easy Setup
Access controls and an intuitive user interface for the PrimeX 22 right out of the box. Aim assist and other lens controls make for easy setup. A single RJ45 Ethernet port facilitates data delivery and PoE simultaneously. Toggle Continuous Calibration on your first install for automatic calibration without risk of degradation over time.
Full-Resolution Grayscale Video
Create comprehensive reference video from the PrimeX 22 footage with its synchronized, calibrated 3D overlay. Deliver and record full-resolution, full frame rate video with 3D overlay of markers, rigid bodies, skeletons, and other features. Integrate your PrimeX 22 into OEM tracking or computer vision applications with the free download of the SDK interface. This gives you access to raw camera frames, image processing modes, 2D object data, camera sync, 3D data, and other camera settings.
Wide Compatibility
Sync your PrimeX 22 with other cinema-grade camera using its Ethernet port and separately available eSync2 device using its Genlock and Timecode ports. Recording and event triggers can be managed via software commands for a more comprehensive tracking ecosystem.
LED Indicators
On-camera LED status indicators can be user-defined to let you know a variety of parameters. Use the colors to see recording status or camera selection in a multi-camera configuration.
