Case works but...

I wish it used the space with the Witcher more effectively. When you put the switcher in there is a lot of wasted space that doesnt get utilized. It's also 0.6 inches larger than a convenient carry on for the plane. If there were more layers to put supporting gear and a way to protect the buttons I would have given it 5 stars. Good features are wheels on all four sides and good handles. Im not sure if the insert is needed to make it fully waterproof but you can't fir the insert in with the switcher - which defeats the purpose of having it waterproof.

A bit overpriced but our HD8 is very protected. The space at the bottom holds our xlr input box but I typically use it to hold the power cable. I wish it came with a dedicated spot for the power cable. I also find that the switcher shifts up when in the box. There's nothing to keep it laying flat. I don't think it will get damaged but if I was to put this on a plane where it will get thrown around I would add a pad between the switcher and the lid to keep it from shifting up and down.
