The resin hard-shell exterior is impact, drop, and corrosion resistant, and it has an expanded EPDM O-ring that provides a watertight seal. Inside is a high-density foam insert that has been pre-cut into custom compartments to hold an array of TB51 and WB37 batteries, along with a TB51 intelligent battery charging hub.

The case is airline carry-on approved and offers multiple methods of loading it into vehicles and transporting it through terminals. The case has an ergonomic carry handle, side handle, and telescoping handle that can be used with built-in wheels.
