Does this "require" a power supply? Says "An external auxiliary power supply port supports up to 5V/2A of power"
The PGYTECH CreateMate CFexpress Type B/SD Card Reader Case does not require an external power supply. It is able to get power from the USB-C port. The external auxiliary power supply port is there because there are some phones or tablets that are not powerful enough to power the card reader via USB-C then you need to use the external power supply, but that usually only happens when using an adapter from USB-C to a lightning connector to be used on older iPhones or iPads.
