Six beamforming mics ensure crystal-clear calls in any environment, no matter how noisy or windy. I’ve had several issues within my first month of purchase/use. The headphones consistently revert to “mono mode” (only playing form one bud). That can only be solved by forgetting and repairing. Now all sounds are tinny and muffled. No amount of cleaning or repairing fixes the sound. And don’t even get me started about the app.
