The Polymaker 2.85mm PC-PBT Filament is a polymer blend of PC and PBT, which offers good heat resistance. It also features toughness at low temperatures (-4 to -22°F / -20 to -30°C), where other plastics would become brittle. This filament also has good chemical resistance. This filament is ideal for automotive exterior parts, such as bumpers, roof rail brackets, and door handles.

- Printing Temperature: 500 - 536°F / 260 - 280°C
- Bed Temperature: 212 - 239°F / 100 - 115°C
- Chamber Temperature: 212 - 239°F / 100 - 115°C
- Printing Speed: 30 - 50 mm/s
- Fan: OFF
Direct Drive
- Retraction Distance: 1 mm
- Retraction Speed: 20 mm/s
Indirect Drive
- Retraction Distance: 3 mm
- Retraction Speed: 40 mm/s
Drying Settings
- 167°F / 75°C for 6 hours (Only if the material has absorbed moisture)
Annealing Settings
194°F / 90°C for 2 hours
