Currently traveling in Europe with my travel coat Nikon protector. So far it seems to be doing an excellent job protecting my long lens and the price is right. I do recommend it.

I do not think it fits well compared to the 100-500

When using the LensCoat TravelCoat for Nikon Z 180-600mm f/5.6-6.3 VR, you can thread the strap that came with your lens out the hole where the lens foot is. Alternatively, many people attach a third-party strap directly on the lens foot whether or not they are using the TravelCoat.
