Pentax K1000 Reviews
Excellent first film camera
By Austin-Tyler

I’ve always tired to edit my digital photos to look like film and went on a vacation with a few friends who had film cameras. Finally after playing with their film cameras I decided to get this one and I’m obsessed! The camera has great weight, feels great in the hand, and is very user friendly! I’m excited to see how my first rolls come out!
“Refurbished” I don’t think so

Purchased this “refurbished” film camera from B&H but it was shipped from a small film processing company I had never heard of. The mirror sticks in the up position randomly. I requested a return for refund and was denied by B&H because I didn’t save the box from the film lab that sent it. $500 mistake. Lesson learned, don’t trust B&H anymore.
