Not useful. I just bought it to get the D TAP cable

I only bought it to get the mandatory D-Tap cable for the V-Mount battery. The battery mount sits too high and too close to the light, which slightly throws off the lightstand’s stability. Since I already have my own V-Mount grip and D-Tap extender, all I really needed was the cable and Godox doesn’t sell it separately. So that was the only reason I got it, but I’ll probably never use the battery mount.”

I am very happy with this battery handgrip. Works perfectly with my Godox ML100Bi. I am using it with an Edge Powerbase battery, but any V-Mount battery should work ok. This handle mount is also perfect for those situations where you can not place a light stand and run power cables and must light someone or a scene while holding the light, at a tradeshow for example, where there's a lot of foot traffic.

The Godox Battery Handgrip for ML60IIBi (V-Mount) has a 1/4 20" threaded post and can be attached to any light that has a female 1/4 20" opening.
