LG 32SR85U-W Overview

With integrated webOS features, built-in Wi-Fi, a detachable Full HD webcam, and an included remote control, this monitor may be used as a standalone smart display that can launch various apps without a connected computer. However, you can transfer video, data, and up to 90W of power over a single USB-C cable. Additionally, the 3840 x 2160 resolution screen provides rich visuals with high-dynamic range providing realistically bright highlights and deep shadows.

Smart Display

With webOS built-in, the LG MyView allows you to launch entertainment apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, and Apple TV directly from the display or stream content from connected mobile devices. You can also access cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and work on documents without connecting a computer.

Stunning 4K Display

The 31.5" 3840 x 2160 resolution IPS display supports 1.07 billion colors with 95% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage and HDR10 support, rich movies and photos. Other features include a 1000:1 static contrast ratio, 5 ms response time, and 400 nit brightness.

Easy Communications

The included Full HD webcam, microphone array, and built-in 5W stereo speaker system allow you to communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and friends over video chat.

Versatile Connectivity

In addition to having two HDMI ports, connecting your compatible laptop to the main USB-C port allows you transfer video, data, and up to 90W of power. Two additional USB-C ports allow you to connect peripherals such as keyboards and mice to the monitor.

Remote Control

Sit back and use the included remote to launch apps, adjust the volume, and more. You can also pair the LG MyView monitor with a separately available Magic Remote for features such as using voice commands.

Ergonomics

Adjust the screen's height and tilt to optimize your comfort. You can also use the 100 x 100mm VESA mount to attach the display to a wall, swivel arm, or multi-monitor stand. The 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles allow you to see the screen clearly from almost any position.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this monitor (discounted) for my sister since she is a designer who works from home and needs a high resolution monitor for work. I thought it’d be good for her since she doesn’t have a tv in her bedroom/office and she likes to watch cartoons before bed. I set it up for her as well. It’s very aesthetic and clean. It has nice features (standard smart tv features/apps, adjustable webcam w/ privacy slider, remote, good picture & sound quality, solid build). I do want to mention a small complaint though. It came with an HDMI cord instead of a Type C cord. I wish it came with Type C instead since many laptops don’t have HDMI ports these days (the last 2 work laptops I’ve had and my latest personal laptop only have Type C). Overall, it’s a really nice monitor. I’m honestly a little jealous that my sister gets it! Review submitted as part of a program that provides a purchase discount.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a tech enthusiast and someone who likes to stay up to date with tech products, I love this product for its high-end specs and the great build quality. The large screen size is perfect and I can directly connect it to my Chromebook, Windows laptop or my Mac with one single cable that supports 90W PD that would charge my laptop at the same time. I can use it as my main monitor or extend my laptop screen so that I can have 2 screens. I normally have my emails and chats on the small screen and all my other work related stuff on the larger screen. This makes me work much more productive too for me where a larger 32in screen helps. If I want to take a break or after work, I can easily switch to the smart monitor capabilities and stream some movies or shows on the same monitor and wouldn't need a separate TV in my home office anymore. I have my work office in the guest bedroom, so this works perfectly as a TV too in that room when I have guests over. Overall a great product and I am r
