While not stated explicitly by the manufacturer, they would typically be recommended for normal use in the range of about 32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit (i.e., 0 to 40 degrees Celsius). The aforementioned range is optimal both for charging and use (i.e., discharging). However, ultimately it would be the internal battery temperature that would determine their functional range as the circuitry of properly regulated lithium ion batteries is designed to shut them off if they reach about 140 degrees Fahrenheit (i.e., 60 degrees Celsius).
