The PAGLok 5.0 is a 13.2V 66Wh NiCd (Nickel Cadmium) battery. Utilizing PAG's exclusive Paglok system to "lok-on" to virtually any camera or ancillary equipment, the PAGLok 5.0 can power virtually any piece of professional location gear.
Viewfinder Display
Pag's Digital batteries offer a truely user-friendly system. The batteries microprocessor continually processes a mass of data which is required to make the battery information accurate.
High Quality Cells
Pag uses specially selected cells for enhanced voltage hold-up characteristics. Tests show that within as little as 30 cycles these cells out-perform other cell types, which were chosen primarily for their initially higher capacity.
13.2 Volts
Virtually all camcorder will indicate a low voltage warning or cease to operate at about 11 volts. The 13.2V design of the PAGLok 5.0 complies with equipment manufacturers' specifications, eliminating problems that prevent 12V batteries from performing optimally.
Construction
The battery cells are protected by a case made from high impact resistant ABS plastic designed to ensure that the battery withstands the rigors of multi-environmental use.
PAGLok
The PAGlok connector comprises two halves; one fitted to the camera, the other to the battery. When both halves are locked together they form a secure mechanical and electrical connection between camera and battery, even if the camera is handled roughly or inverted.
