The little cable that could!
I purchased a Power1000 from DJI and it didn't come with charging cables. So I simply went online to my favorite store (B&H) and ordered a couple of charging cables for a very good price. The best part is I got them in a couple days vs buying them from DJI and having them shipped on a slow boat from China or a slow moving truck from the west coast. And they work Great! I recommend checking out B&H for all your gadget needs before you get yourself in trouble with another company.
Works after Power 1000 firmware update
This did not work **initially**. No charge, no error. Found a tiny tiny note on DJI product page about an update required. No note in packaging either. Updated Power 1000 to 01.00.15.00 The Mac installer (DJI Assistant 2 (Power Series)), does not natively launch on Sequoia. Older style package. Override in System Settings. Funky, barely an app. No note about Power 1000 special boot: When off, hold down AC power button and then power on. Once updated, worked fine. Charged two Air 3s batteries simultaneously, quickly. No exact time but 20-30 min. The firmware issue should work itself out with newer Power 1000 (bought mine Dec. 2024). The Mac .pkg, who knows.
