We used this to portrait mount a Samsung 55 Business TV in our lobby. The mount was perfect and was exactly what was needed. The monitor is tilted slight down for better viewing angles to people waiting in line.

Can this wall mount be installed onto steel studs ?

The Mount-It! MI-1377 Portrait TV Wall Mount for 37 to 75" Displays is made for compatibility with wood studs and concrete/brick studs. However, you can use the SANUS SSMK1 Steel Stud Kit to be able to mount it to steel studs.
