This Battery Powered Milliohm Meter with 4-Wire Harness and NIST  from FLir features high accuracy and performance built into a rugged field case. Powered by eight included AA batteries, so you can take it anywhere without needing an AC power source, it includes two sets of test leads, one set has four wires with four alligator clips while the other set of four features two probe ends and two alligator clips. This is the NIST version, which means the unit has been calibrated by the National Institute of Standards and Technology and includes a certificate and documentation.
