Tether Tools TetherGuard LeverLock Plate
Key Features
  • Plate for Secure Cable Pass-Through
  • Arca-Type Compatible
  • 1/4"-20 Thread for Proprietary Heads
  • Manages Cable Without Removing Plate
An elegant solution for tethered shooters, the TetherGuard LeverLock Plate from Tether Tools secures tethering cables to your camera while managing their footprint. The black Arca-Type compatible plate safeguards and simplifies the cable-camera connection by allowing the cable to be connected and removed without removing the plate. The cable passes through an S-channel in the bottom of the plate, where it is locked in place by the device's 5-point protection system. The plate has both a 1/4"-20 screw and a 1/4"-20 thread, making it compatible with almost any tripod and fits cables up to .26" in diameter.

Will this work with non tether tools cables? Does the clamp close enough to hold them securely? Ideally Lvna cables
Asked by: Will
The Tether Tools TetherGuard LeverLock Plate should work with most USB cables, holding them securely in place as long as they are not too thick as to not fit in the channel. B&H does not sell LVNA cables, so we cannot test that particular brand.
