I've had success using this in both Mint 22.1 and Pop OS 22.04 Linux - using Cinnamon/Gnome it only sees a single input and output, but work fine out of the box.
To see the second USB interface I had to install pavucontrol (sudo apt install pavucontrol) and then open pavucontrol and go to configuration and change RODECaster Duo to "Pro Audio". Reddit post is out there suggesting that you can swap to Pro Audio without installing pavucontrol on KDE sound settings.
