TC-Helicon MP-60 Overview

Elevate your live vocal performances with the MP-60 from TC Helicon, a handheld dynamic mic with a cardioid pickup pattern that reduces off-axis noises and feedback. Thanks to the integrated Mic Control technology, the MP-85 can be programmed via TC Helicon vocal processors to control a range of essential vocal FX functions over simple XLR cabling, compatible only with TC Helicon devices.

The MP-60 features a frequency response that's been tailored specifically for live vocals. Built to last, the MP-60 sports a special heat-treated wire mesh grille that's 10 times stronger than typical metal grilles, letting the mic stand up to accidental drops with ease. The MP-60 includes a carrying case and a mic clip.

Control Your Performance with Mic Control
With Mic Control, you choose what your button controls, when to activate effects, and where on stage to trigger those moments. Want to switch to a new preset for the chorus? Add effects to your loop? Punch in a custom tone on your second verse? You can do all of this, and so much more.

This functionality is compatible only with TC Helicon vocal FX processors, which provide the MP-60 with a trickle of phantom power (no batteries required) to control FX functions. This power is not required for regular operation.

Under the Grille
The MP-60 has been specially designed to deliver some of the best off-axis feedback suppression in its class as well as rejection of pitched sources nearby that can impact harmony and other pitch-sensitive effects. This means that the mic rejects what you don't need in the signal, focusing solely on the power of your voice.
