Manfrotto Rapid Flag Reviews
Great Concept - Questionable Execution
This really seemed to be a great solution for those of us that travel constantly and can't always pack a bunch of flags and scrims. To be able to fit two nets, a flag, and a silk in a case the size of a shoe box is great. The quality of the fabrics seems fine. When mine arrived, I thought for a minute that I had mistakenly been sent a used/return unit, because both head units were damaged. It wasn't B&H's fault - the box had the Manfrotto seal tape on it. But because they pack the pins in the case with no padding, they knocked around during shipping and dinged up both heads. Also, the frames seem to be under a LOT of tension when the flags are attached, which makes me question the long-term durability, but we'll see how that goes. Overall, it's fine; I just wish Manfrotto would have taken the time to pack the pins properly.
