I use this cable with my Sony FX6 and (currently) an Atomos Shinobi, and its the perfect length. It runs from the SDI Out on the camera directly into the monitor with enough slack to move and not get caught, but not so much slack that it requires tons of cable management. I love the slender cable as well, it never gets in the way like a thick braided/coiled one would.
