The manufacturer lists the Swissdigital Berg Pro XL Camera Backpack (Black, 37L) as 37L. Using the dimensions given, 18.9 x 13 x 6.3" / 48 x 33 x 16 cm, it does come to 25 liters. It does expand, and that might be the reason for the difference.
