Nice and compact, has a magnetic base and holder. Works with MacBookPro M3 Max 11/2023. No issues, was able to read ProGrade and Sony Cards from a7rV.

Not compatible with RefreshPro & Iridium cards

This card reader is fast but it’s not compatible with RefreshPro like it says it is. I just purchased a 2-pack of 480gb ProGrade Iridium CFexpress Type A cards and this card reader. Every time I get new cards I run them through RefreshPro before using them. This time it gave me an error (see photo) that RefreshPro is not compatible with the 4.0 card reader… The product description says it is compatible with RefreshPro and one would assume the Iridium CFexpress Type A cards too. The product description doesn’t match the one on ProGrades website. I’m frustrated by this because RefreshPro is one of the reasons I purchased this reader.

See any errors on this page?

If I use a usb-c to usb-a cable with this product ...
