Awesome mount. For those who have mentioned that the TV is too high when hung from a high ceiling, we built and painted a wooden box that is attached to the ceiling of our patio cover. Now the viewing level is perfect and the TV is tucks out of view.

Good but not great for a 10' ceiling height.

Great mount so far, installed it yesterday and works great. Only issue for me is that for a high ceiling (roughly 10') the 65" TV doesn't hang low enough. I'm going to see if I can find an extension arm to lower it about 24"
