Installed my self. Female in my 60's. Great instruction. I do wish there was a version that swived 180 degrees.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV mount was a great addition to my game/exercise room. Being able to mount my TV from the ceiling with the ability to flip up and down has made my limited space a lot more usable. It comes with easy to read instructions, but you will definitely want some help to install as I found it to be a two person job. Also when choosing where to place you mount in the ceiling, make sure to measure out enough space for it to flip up and down. Overall I am really happy with this product and would recommend to others.
