Can the tray position be locked so it doesn't ...

Can the tray position be locked so it doesn't tilt or slip?

Regarding the Mount-It! MI-7352LT Full-Motion Laptop Desk Mount with Cooling Tray, the tray position cannot be locked per se, but you can tighten the screws related to the movement of the tray in order to increase the resistance and friction for that pivot point. In other words, doing so would make that part harder to move.
