To use it with a desktop PC, should I use any Bluetooth adapter (USB dongle), or it may not work with some. If someone can recommend one, it would be appreciated.
If your computer already has Bluetooth built in, then you won't need a Bluetooth adapter. If you do require a Bluetooth adapter, you should be able to use adapters such as the ASUS USB-BT500 Bluetooth 5.0 USB Adapter (B&H #ASUSBBT500), IOGEAR Bluetooth 4.0 USB Micro Adapter (B&H #IOGBU521) or similar Bluetooth adapter with a Windows PC.

Why doesn't the microphone work when I use a 3.5mm TSSR cable?
The Behringer BB 560M is a TRS which is wired to do two things. One as a headphone the other as a microphone. The TRRS connector is wired differently and is intended to do one thing you can use it on a mic or on a headphone. The wiring is not compatible with the TRRS adapter in this case.
