Will the Forza 500b II run at 100% with only one of these batteries?

No, the Nanlite Forza 500B II Bi-Color LED Monolight will require 2 of the Nanlite V-Mount Batteries for Forza 500 II and 720 Lights (26V, 489Wh) to run at 100%; you will be able to power the light at 100% for approximately 100 minutes.

Does this battery require a charger station or can you plug it in to charge?

The Nanlite V-Mount Battery for Forza 500 II and 720 Lights (26V, 489Wh) does not come with a charger. You will need to purchase the IndiPRO Tools D-Tap Pro Battery Charger (29.4V, 2.5A).

Yes, the Nanlite V-Mount Battery for Forza 500 II and 720 Lights (26V, 489Wh) is also capable of powering the Nanlite Forza 300B II Bi-Color LED Monolight at full power for approximately 83 minutes.
