Upgrade your live performances with the Play Acoustic from TC-Helicon, a versatile vocal and guitar FX processor with extensive live FX and looping ability. Sporting signature FX from TC-Electronic, BodyRez acoustic guitar resonance enhancement, and the VLOOP performance looper, you get everything you need for stellar performances.

Whether processing guitar, vocals, or both at once, Play Acoustic has tailor-made FX ready to go, complete with Adaptive Tone tech for optimal EQ and dynamics at all times. Three footswitches allow for easy hands-free operation. With fully featured connectivity, you can connect to PAs, mixers, interfaces, guitars, mics, instruments, footswitches, playback devices, and more. The Play Acoustic includes a power supply, a USB cable, and a special combination guitar/headphone 1/4"/3.5mm cable for simultaneously connecting a guitar and your in-ear monitors, improving freedom of movement and reducing cable clutter.

Building Better Songs with Loops
The VLOOP performance looper allows you to create complete guitar and vocal loops for solo jamming or impressive layered live performances. VLOOP is also handy for soundcheck: record a short phrase and walk out into the audience to check levels while your virtual self plays.

BodyRez: Natural Wood Tone
The sound of resonating wood is what gives an acoustic guitar its particular sonic allure, and this is where BodyRez comes in. New and unique to Play Acoustic, the BodyRez algorithm restores acoustic tone to guitars fitted with under-saddle pickups.

Practice with Your Favorite Tracks
Singing along is a great way to practice and perform. Plug in your MP3 player via the Aux input connector and use the Vocal Cancel feature to make your voice stand out over the vocals on the original track. You can also record and play back your singing using the USB connection to your computer and DAW.
Make It a Hit
The HIT button turns on multiple effects at once to add effect layers or to create quick A/B scenes for each preset. Use it to add dazzling vocal effects for the chorus, or strip down a guitar part for the verse, or even a combination of both vocal and guitar effects changes, you decide.
Intuitive Controls
Navigating Play Acoustic is straightforward. Use the Up/Down footswitches or central knob to easily browse factory presets, or use the Genre button to find styles that you like.

Dedicated Vocal FX and Guitar FX buttons let you access effects directly, and the intuitive user interface makes editing simple and fast. Create your own library of presets with the Favorite feature for easy setlist recall.

In-Ear Monitoring
The embedded RoomSense mics pick up sound from the room, the stage, or the instruments around you to add ambience to your personal headphone mix when performing or practicing. Or, you can use the Aux input to feed an external monitor signal straight into Play Acoustic (and turn the Aux signal off the main output).
Extra Options
Add a TC Helicon product with Mic Control to control your effects from anywhere on the stage. If you want even more convenient foot control, try connecting the Switch-3 or similar external footswitches.
