Kinesis C850 Extra Large Holster Case (Black)

Comfortably carry your pro DSLR with a 70-200/2.8, 80-400, or other long lens attached with the black C850 Extra Large Holster Case from Kinesis. The holster also accommodates your lens hood in the ready-position, and a select flash or prime lens that fits in the front, exterior zip pocket. Large zipper pulls make accessing gear fast and easy. Under the lid is a zip pocket for small items such as memory cards, lens cloths, and caps. Two, Siamese SlikClip Buckles are included for attaching old-style Kinesis TwinBuckle Pouches.

The top strap can be used as a convenient carry handle or to attach accessories. For versatility, this case has D-rings for using an optional strap, belt, or harness. Nylon and closed cell foam construction provide strength, durability, and shock protection. The case is lightweight at 14.0 ounces, and is made in the USA.

Nikon users will be happy to learn that the case fits a Nikon with a 200-500mm f/5.6 lens (reversed lens hood)
Holds a full-sized DSLR body (including Nikon D5-series or Canon 1D-series bodies) and a 70-200/2.8 or 80-400/4-5.6 lens with the hood in the shooting position and will also hold a Nikon 200-500mm/5.6 or Sigma 120-300/2.8 with hood reversed
When used on a waist belt, the optional Y302 strap kit can prevent the top of the case from pulling away from the belt
The outside front pocket will hold a select shoe-mount flash unit or select prime lenses like a 50/1.4 with the hood attached and reversed (NOTE: the front pocket is unpadded, so one should exercise caution)
Features an "under the lid" pocket for lens tissue, CF, or SD cards
One pair of Siamese SlikClip buckles included for attaching old style Kinesis TwinBuckle pouches to one side of the case

Kinesis Y315 Padded Shoulder Strap

The Kinesis Y315 Padded Shoulder Strap is a popular carrying accessory for Kinesis holster cases and lens pouches. It may also be used with cases and pouches that have eyelets or rings compatible with spring clips. The bottom side of the strap features a rubber-like surface to provide a non-slip grip, while the top side of the strap includes 500-denier nylon for durability and weather resistance.

The length of this strap is adjustable from 17.50 to 59.00" and its padding measures 1.75" wide.

This shoulder strap is recommended for loads under 12.00 lb (5.55 kg) and can be converted to a tripod strap by adding the Kinesis T100 Tripod Strap Adapter to it.

This is my first time with a Kinesis product. My Nikon 200-500mm lens fits perfectly in this case and I feel it is well protected. I love the extra padding

No, the Kinesis C850 Extra-Large Holster and Padded Shoulder Strap Kit, BH #KIC850SK (B&H Kit), will be too small to accommodate a Canon EOS R5 Mark II Mirrorless Camera and Canon RF 100-300mm f/2.8 L IS USM Lens (Canon RF).

The case arrived. I have a 1DX Mark III with an L-bracket and the 200mm f/2 with the hood in place just fits. Needs a bit of encouragement when reloading, but that is mostly due to the L-bracket, not the lens.

Kinesis C850 Extra Large Holster Case (Black) will fit Nikon D850 DSLR camera with the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 500mm f/5.6E PF ED VR Lens and lenshood on reverse position. The equipment lenght is 15.8'' The case interrior lenght is 16''.

The lens and camera are about 12". The hood is about 3". About 15" then total. The Kinesis C850 Extra Large Holster Case (Black) B&H # KIC850 Inside Height: 16.00" / 40.64 cm. So you are good to go.
