The Aguilar AG 500 Gen 2 is a high-headroom bass amplifier head designed to deliver a clean hi-fidelity sound that lets the true tonality of your bass come through loud and clear. This solid-state amplifier delivers a fast and articulate response and provides 500 watts at 2.67 ohms while still being lightweight for gigging musicians. Boasting an incredibly flexible EQ section, the AG 500 features controls for Treble, High Mid, Low Mid, and Bass, along with Deep and Bright EQ switches for a broadband boost.

The AG 500 features a series effects loop, two balanced XLR DI outputs, and a rear panel speakON output. Connect a tuner to the 1/4" output, while the 3.5mm jack provides headphone monitoring with volume control. The USB-C connector allows you to upload files from the Aguilar Cabinet Suite, providing seamless integration with any SL or DB cabinet; in addition you can also upload your own IR files, unlocking almost limitless creative potential. Universal power mains provide international compatibility.
