This Airport Security V3.0 stores a 17 laptop, the International version is up to a 15 .

I am planning to carry the Think Tank Photo Airport Security V3.0 Carry On to East Africa on KLM, has anyone carried this before?Just want to make sure this fits in the carry on.
Unfortunately, we cannot officially endorse any bag as being allowed as carry-on because each flight has different restrictions and it's based on carrier. I recommend calling KLM directly and checking what their size limitations are for carry-on baggage with that specific flight, plane, cabin overhead, and under-seat baggage restrictions are.

How is the stability of this case on 2 wheels vs the 4 wheel version? Concerned it may tip over easily when standing up like my other 2 wheeled luggage.
You are right, it won't be as stable as a 4 wheeler. On the other hand I have taken mine to Europe a couple of times and it never tipped over. One of those trips had 5 legs - lot of concourse time.
